The practice is both virtual and local. I work with clients around the world using Zoom. Clients are invited to visit in-person in Summit, New Jersey. The Initial commitment is 3 months. Afterwards service is provided in 1 month increments. Unlimited support and discounted supplements are provided to all active clients.

Courtesy Call

Let’s meet. This is a chance for us to get to learn about each other. There’s a questionnaire to fill out ahead of the call. During this FREE 20 minute conversation I’ll answer your questions and explain the process as it relates to you. If we are a good match, we will get you started on your journey. If not, I’ll suggest other avenues for support.

New Client

Your journey begins here. A New Client 3-month package includes: a 75 minute health intake call, a free Mineral&Metals test, personalized action plan, two 30 minute follow-up calls, functional lab recommendations, handouts and cheat sheets, unlimited e-mail support, and discounted functional medicine labs.

Continuing Client

Your plan is updated based on your feedback and test results. After the first 3 months in the program functional medicine test results and personal feedback are used to dial-in your program. Sometimes here we move to an individualized maintenance program. Other times, we continue with healing protocols. The maintenance program uses few, select supplements based on your particular needs and includes incremental lifestyle changes and exercise programs. Each month includes a 30 minute call. FREE Mineral&Metals test included every 6 months.

Special Populations

This continuing service is meant for those wanting closer coaching and accountability. This plan Includes weekly adjustments of wellness, lifestyle, and fitness plans. Each month includes two 30 minute calls. This continuing client option is also recommend for competitive athletes, 60+ hour work weeks, or anyone who’s lifestyle is high demand. To meet increased lifestyle demands robust health is a must. FREE Mineral&Metals test included every 6 months.

One-Off Testing

Interested in running a functional medicine test but do not want to work as a health client? I offer one-off testing with recommendations based on test results and health questionnaire information. These include a 30 minute debriefing call. Please see here.
